Examinations

The Leonard Rayner Piano School encourages students to take examinations in their chosen instruments if they so wish. The School is regularly used as a centre for the examinations of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music. Music examinations take place three times a year.

Festivals & Concerts

Students of the School are encouraged where appropriate to partake in festvals and we attend Lichfield, Leamington Spa and Birmingham and Dudley music festivals each year. Students are regulalrly awarded cups and prizes for outstanding performances. Competing in festivals provides valuable experience and training in performance for those who wish to develop confidence. Selected students are invited to perform in regular concerts arranged at the School and beyond.
